This privacy policy sets out how personal data is processed by the Florkowo kennel, hereinafter the Controller. This document complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR).
1. Controller of personal data
The controller of your personal data is the owner of the Florkowo kennel, based in Poland.

2. What data do we collect, and why?
We only process the data you voluntarily provide to us:
- Contact form— name, e-mail address, message content. The purpose is to reply to your inquiry about the puppies or the kennel. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (the Controller's legitimate interest).
- Phone contact — your phone number, to the extent needed to handle the call. Calls are not recorded.
- Reservation contract — full name, address and contact details necessary to conclude and perform the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
3. How long do we keep your data?
- Contact-form data — until the correspondence ends, and no longer than 2 years after the last contact.
- Reservation-contract data — for 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the contract was concluded (tax and civil-law requirements).
- Data processed on the basis of legitimate interest — until a valid objection is raised.
4. Who do we share your data with?
Personal data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. It may only be passed on to:
- hosting and technical service providers (solely to the extent necessary to keep the website running),
- entities authorised by law (public authorities).
The Controller does not transfer data to third countries or international organisations.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access your data and obtain a copy of it,
- rectify (correct) your data,
- erase your data (the right to be forgotten),
- restrict the processing of your data,
- port your data to another controller,
- object to the processing,
- lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl.

6. Cookies
The florkowo.pl website does not use analytical or marketing cookies. Only technical cookies necessary for the website to work properly (browser session) may be used. They are not linked to any personal data.
7. Automated decision-making
Personal data is not processed in an automated way, and no profiling takes place.
8. Changes to this privacy policy
The Controller reserves the right to amend this privacy policy. We will communicate any material changes by updating the date in the header of this document.
